Alpine Villa Executive Conference Room Configurations and Information

The conference room in the Alpine Villa can be set up in a variety of meeting configurations. Seven 30"x96" tables and twenty-eight leather chairs are available for use and configurable. Typical meeting configurations include board-room, training-style, u-shaped, closed-rectangular and long-table configurations (all pictured below). The conference room is 575 sq ft and comfortably seats twenty-four people. With its large picture windows with views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, the Alpine Villa conference room provides a refreshing change from closed-in hotel meeting rooms that not only put you to sleep, but do nothing to invigorate your team's creativity.

The conference room is accessed off the front main foyer of the retreat. It is isolated from the rest of the retreat and has a solid wood double door that can be closed for privacy. Additional features of the Alpine Villa conference room include:

Two 5'x8' low gloss magnetic white marker boards	750 watt 5.2 channel home theatre surround sound speaker system
One 8'x15' low gloss magnetic white marker board for white boarding and large screen projection	High Brightness, 4500 ANSI Lumen, XGA projector on a motorized rotating ceiling mount allowing projection on any of the three projection walls. Projector input can be from a PC or the DVD player.
Two flip chart stands	Six disk DVD/CD player, VHS tape player and FM receiver
Two 120" wide electronic projection screens (which come down over the picture windows)	Wired and wireless high-speed internet access
Serving bar with sink, instant hot water, and refrigerator/ice maker	Speaker phone with unlimited continental U.S. long distance service on two of three lines
